The development program is geared for girls age 7 and up. This program will focus on skill development- strength, agility, speed and flexibility. Gymnasts in this program will need to be focused and have a strong work ethic. This program will continue to work towards the Junior Olympic Program. (level 1 and 2)
From the program gymnasts will be able to move into the competitive program.
Competitive Program will continue to work along side Gymnastics Saskatchewan and the Moosomin Club, offering Junior Olympic Level 1,2 and 3.
JO 3 Athletes require to travel for practice.
